Every year, our students take part in top robotics competitions such as FIRST LEGO League, National Robotics Competition, and World Robotics Olympiad. These events let them apply their skills to real-world challenges while building teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. More than just competing, the experience inspires them to keep learning and growing — and we celebrate every achievement along the way.

The FIRST LEGO LEAGUE (FLL) is a global robotics competition that is designed to inspire young people's interest and participation in science and technology. Each year, the FLL is based on a theme that is related to a real-world problem that students have to conduct research and develop an innovative solution to address the problem. Students also have to work together to design, build and program a robot to complete a set of missions on a playfield.
Since 1999, Science Centre Singapore has been organizing The National Robotics Competition (NRC) with support from the Ministry of Education. NRC spurs interest and innovation offering students an opportunity to apply what they learnt in school and experience STEM hands-on through interactive and meaningful experiences. In the process, students develop skills such as problem solving, entrepreneurial dare, creative thinking and team spirit.
Organised by Nullspace since 2011, IDE (Innovation, Design and Engineering) Series is a national technology and engineering competition event. The aim of the competition is to challenge students on problem solving across domains such as electronics, programming and mechanical design.

World Robot Olympiad (WRO®) is a premier global robotics competition that nurtures innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in youths.
By designing and programming robots to tackle real-world challenges, participants gain hands-on STEM experience and prepare for future careers in technology and engineering.
Established in 2004 in Singapore, WRO® has since grown into a worldwide movement, with over 70,000 teams from 95+ countries competing annually.
